This menu will be offered Tuesday to Saturday 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm last reservation, Sunday 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm last reservation. Prix fixe meal includes choice of one item from each category.

Appetizer:

• Veal & Pistachio Terrine, baby brioche, apple butter, arugula
• Truffle Cappuccino, salsify froth, ham hock beignets

Entreé:

• Pan seared red mullet, curry mussel emulsion, asparagus & orange salad
• Crotin de Chavignol tortellini, globe artichoke, morels, sauce persillade
• Duo of Alberta beef, flat iron steak & bacon wrapped short rib, pistachio, mushroom

Dessert:

• Mille-Feuille, bitter chocolate mousse & vanilla marshmallow, cocoa sorbet
