- A House Specialty of Roasted Tomato & Wild Mushroom Soup garnished with stilton, basil pesto & croutons
- Our own Caesar Salad with warm bacon lardons, crostini & freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Organic baby Spinach Salad with candied walnuts, goat cheese truffles & our orange and roasted cumin dressing
Entreé
- Roasted Portobello mushrooms on a toasted chiabatta bun with goat cheese & asiago with white truffle vinaigrette dressed field greens
- Linguine with basil & olive oil marinated Neubrand Country tomatoes with fresh cracked black pepper
- Sloppy Joe made from local Brandbrook bison with fresh cut fries
